Join Brigid for an intimate class on Australian bushfoods.
Brigid will take you on a culinary adventure in Australian bushfoods including wattleseed, kunzea, aniseed myrtle and quondong.
You will learn how to easily incorporate bushfoods into your own kitchen and recieve recipes and helpful tips from Brigid. The class involves lots tasting sharing of foods. The class is held in the delightful atmospheric Saltbush Kitchen store and runs from 2pm to 4pm.
