Kunzea is a Tasmanian coastal plant.   An aromatic herb with a distinct floral aroma resembling honey, thyme, eucalyptus & rosemary ...  Yes it’s amazing. This is a friendly cooking herb that is fabulous with veggies, soups, breads, pasta sauces.  Blend with a little salt and pepperberry and use as a spice rub on meat, fish or pumpkin.
