Mountain pepper is the leaf off the Mountain Pepper from Tasmania.  This leaf offers a unique spicey pepper flavour with a slight lemon element.  We love this on roast spuds with oil salt and rosemary.  Mountain pepper is also gorgeous in creamy savoury sauces and cooked with butter an leek to begin a soup, sauce or stew.
